222ArticleAceNThaHoleHa! Awesome list of unheard of games Its hilarious how those soccer players are almost identical to the characters in some of their other games Jan 28, 2013View
1220ArticleVaporman87Ha! A few good zingers in there! Thankfully for me, I was neither confused or impressed by Hanson. I knew they were males, and I knew I hated their music. Yes, the song was catchy. But terrible songs can be catchy... Banana Phone??? Again, thankfully, these lads have grown up, and perhaps if they do start making music again, their music will have grown up also. Time will tell. 2519ArticleoniparHa, too true. There was a point when I had at least one friend with each system, making the console-arcade fairly obsolete. Still, I can't help but think a tweaked version of this would be a great hangout even today. Kind of Dave and Busters style, only when you get your table, you "order" a console or two to play while you drink and wait for food. :-pA New Kind of ArcadeAug 14, 2015View
4436ArticleHoju KoolanderHa, this was the perfect early teen experience of the family road trip. Your parents take you somewhere boring and the only thing that gets you through is your personal music device and the promise of fun to come when you get home. I'm surprised Dr. Drew and Adam Carolla didn't carry over from KROQ, my Dad always told me on road trips that radio signals could reach farther at night time.Geriatric VegasJun 15, 2018View
5266ArticleoniparHa, this is great! Man, I did so many risky things as a kid. It was rare we got caught or hurt, but it did happen. I would have killed to have train tracks near me as a kid. I just had the subway :-p Risky business: Summer activitiesSep 04, 2020View
2723ArticleoniparHA, once people know you've got the good stuff, they tell their friends! :-) Great story. I liked hearing about the different costumes too. We Got the Good StuffSep 29, 2015View
1283ArticleHoju KoolanderHa, I totally remember that Crystal Gravy parody commercial on SNL Vaporman. So wrong, but so hilarious. One of the few variation I tried back in the day was the Caffein Free version of Crystal Pepsi, because I wasn't allowed to have actual cola. It was pretty unique, but I wouldn't say good. 2129ArticleHoju KoolanderHa, at first I thought you played racing games exclusively, but then you threw in Command and Conquer so I could relate. My older brother was a big PC Gamer and it was at his house that I played classics like Lemmings, Kings Quest 1-4, Wolfenstein 3-D, Duke Nukem and Doom. Those Encarta videos were a revelation at the time, that's for sure.My Favorite PC Games of the 90'sMar 21, 2015View
3810Articleshakin steakHa Vaporman funny I was the same way. I totally ignored the ads on the first readthrough and many subsequent, but as my options were limited they eventually got my attention. You have kids, how would this stuff play today? And what, if anything, do they think of ads on their iDroids and social medias or whatever they like to look at nowadays?Halftone WondersMar 30, 2017View
