ArticlepikachuloverIn my first formal art class in highschool I used to get in trouble for drawing copyrighted characters like Sailor Moon and pikachu. I like to just practice drawing cartoons and anime style. I'm not very good at realistic drawing. Actually draw sometimes to relieve stress.  Feb 14, 2014View
ArticleVaporman87Those are some great Valentines cards Miss M. I would have been satisfied with just about all of them (though I was never big on Tiny Toons, my brother was more into them than I). And I especially like the attention to detail put into your card box. That is one fancy piece of work. This cracked me up: "I was essentially a fart: no one wanted anything to do with me." Still chuckling over that one. I hope your V-Day has been a great one Miss M. And thank you for all four of this series of articles on the holiday of love. For the Love of V-Day! 1002ArticleIllustratorErikI remember I found a set of Animated Series X-Men Valentines at a Goodwill store once. Whats weird is that the cards only had picture of the characters posing, no message or hearts or anything, just a basic "To: and From:" on the back. I'm almost certain that the art was recycled from some trading card game. However, that made it easier to paste all the cards onto a board to make a sort of makeshift poster for my room. 1003ArticleIllustratorErikI can't think of any Valentine's Day books I've read before, but I have a warm fuzzy side of myself that enjoys classic romantic movies like Casablanca, Roman Holiday or Patch of Blue. Then again, none of these movies have the main couple actually get together in the end, so many thats why I relate to them so much. For the Love of V-Day! Part 3Feb 17, 2014View
ArticleIllustratorErikI really don't remember exchanging Valentine's card other than in Elementary School in decorated shoeboxes, and even then it was one card for everyone. I'm curious if thats changed much or at all since then. For the Love of V-Day! Part 4Feb 17, 2014View
ArticleMissMI loved Buy Me That Too! I had tried for the life of me to remember what that show was called a few weeks ago. I thought it was just mind blowing. Nice choice of ads too! Really fun. Rad Retro Ads Feb 18, 2014View
ArticleMissMThis was a nice article. I liked the sounds of rain playing as I read. Thanks for sharing these memories! Rainy days were always fun and special. Occasionally if the time permitted, my mom would bake chocolate chip cookies when it was raining out. Always fun for a rainy day. Remembering Rainy DaysFeb 18, 2014View
ArticleMissMVery cool. I never really saw these, but I do remember owning a great deal of books and magazines about animals. That Deep Sea Dive episode would have been my favorite too. I've always liked that kind of stuff.Long Lost 90s: Really Wild AnimalsFeb 18, 2014View
ArticleMissMThis was such a fun article about school dances. I never went to mine, but if I had, I feel like I would have shared in a similar experience with you. I enjoyed this, I hope you share more memories like this for us to read. Dancing and BasketballFeb 18, 2014View
ArticleMissMWow, you have a very nice collection. I always have regretted never really collecting anything from Sailor Moon back then. I did like the series and everything that was really popular at that time. I also loved No Doubt too! (I still do) A nice article! Some of my First Sailor Moon Merchandise (bootlegs)Feb 18, 2014View
