ArticleVaporman87Hard to understand why, but my first ever comic purchase was an Ice-Man comic. Yes, Ice-Man had his own stand-alone comic series at one point. LOL Mar 29, 2017View

ArticleLazloI love '60s music!! As an '80s kid, while I loved my own era's music, I also often found myself nostalgic for the particular style and creativity of the '60s. And I wasn't alone, because '60s nostalgia was very big back then. About a year ago, I got to see Peter Noone, of Herman's Hermits performing at Epcot in Orlando, Florida, and he will be performing there soon again. Great concert!Salute to the '60sMar 29, 2017View
Articleshakin steakHa Vaporman funny I was the same way. I totally ignored the ads on the first readthrough and many subsequent, but as my options were limited they eventually got my attention. You have kids, how would this stuff play today? And what, if anything, do they think of ads on their iDroids and social medias or whatever they like to look at nowadays?Halftone WondersMar 30, 2017View
ArticlepikachuloverI definitely remember the Hi-c promotion. I used to have a bunch of the profiles cut out of the drink boxes. I few years later I threw them out because I thought the X-Men was childish or something. I think I have the hero caps some where. I remember getting a Rogue one. I think I had to convince my parents to get me that particular size packaging of Hi-C. They would usually get me the 3 packs to take in my lunch. I was already a regular drinker of Hi-C.90's X-Men Food AdsMar 30, 2017View
ArticleHoju Koolander@pikachulover Hey, good to hear from you, it's been a while. Glad to know someone else enjoyed the fun of the Hi-C promotion. I totally forgot about the character profiles. If my purchase hadn't been a one time deal to get the Hero Caps, I'm sure I would still be hanging on to those cut out cards.90's X-Men Food AdsMar 31, 2017View

ArticlepikachuloverI happened to find your channel a few days ago by chance. I was looking for local LA stuff on youtube. I usually just put station call letters in to youtube's search function and see what comes up. KTTV used to air Kideo TV so early on Saturday mornings. Best Retro 80's TV CommercialsApr 01, 2017View
ArticleRick Ace RhodesCool article Hoju. I was a huge Power Rangers junkie back in the day. I was more into the later Saban seasons though. I would say my craze was more from In Space to Time Force. After Time Force and the series now being controlled by Disney, it just didn't feel the same. After that the only series I really got into was SPD. And you wanna talk about price gouging? Try getting older Power Rangers toy now and days. Just getting a brand new in box regular figure will set you back an $50. The Megazords are even worse, with new in box versions going for hundreds of dollars.RJ Classics: Power Rangers MemoriesApr 03, 2017View
