3498ArticleVaporman87I only caught Saved By The Bell intermittently, so I was not up on all the ongoing drama. I would get in right in the middle of something, not really understanding everything that had gone on prior to my viewing. That being said, it was easy to see that the producers had fun playing up the relationships between the six of them. Specifically Zach and Kelly, Slater and Jessie, and Screech and Lisa. It's nice to get a breakdown of the whole romance and how it eventually turned out, for those of us not privy to that. Apr 01, 2016View
3491ArticleVaporman87Wow. I had heard of Ryan Leaf a few times, but did not know he was such a complete and utter failure. LOL. That's just pathetic. I do hope he manages to scrape together some kind of halfway decent existence, but it certainly does look like he needs to do a lot of work on himself before that can happen. Great piece Rick.Washed Up Celebrities: Ryan LeafMar 28, 2016View

3545ArticleSockofFleagullsVery nice rundown of his career. Pretty sad. I'm a Raiders fan so I wasn't disappointed that the Chargers struck out with their choice as a franchise QB.Washed Up Celebrities: Ryan LeafDec 08, 2016View

3503ArticleVaporman87This captures the whole Virtual Reality craze SOOO well. It is indeed laughable to think back on what we considered to be "virtual reality" in those early days. I never really experienced anything, even still today, that I could consider to be authentic virtual reality. But we are certainly getting closer than ever. What with Google and many other tech companies presenting their futurewares that will produce images from the gear on your face that "adhere" to the surfaces around you, and so forth. We could be fast approaching the style of virtual reality that we thought we would get from films like Lawnmower Man. Time will tell.Virtual RealityApr 06, 2016View
3508ArticleVaporman87Great review of the comic series, Hoju. I think my problem with most comic book series spawned from a toy line that ALSO had a cartoon series, was that I didn't like being confused with all the different character and story elements. Many times you would have pretty big differences in the cartoon and the comics. Origin stories would differ, character attributes would differ, and character personalities might not always be consistent between them. This was really an issue with the He-Man and the MOTU line. The mini-comic world greatly differed from the cartoon world. There were so many differences that you just had to decide which it was that you were going to base your playtime off of.Action Figure Comics Review - VisionariesApr 11, 2016View
3512ArticleHoju KoolanderThere actually seemed to be quite a bit of consistency between this comics interpretation, the cartoon pilot and the toy makers on this one, which was pretty impressive. The toys themselves were just too similar, unlike MOTU that had such varied character designs.Action Figure Comics Review - VisionariesApr 11, 2016View
