1241ArticleNLoganI have used a living faces mask twice. I thought they were great for what I paid for. The first one was a skull mask that I used to become an undead WWII U.S. soldier. My brother was an undead Nazi soldier. Another year I used the same skull mask painted silver to be a Terminator. My brother and I split a mask each using half and a lot of liquid latex, nose wax, and fake blood. We even had light up eyes in the cyborg part of our faces.A Little WitchySep 15, 2014View
2586ArticlemassrealityI have tried the Koala cookies, and they are amazing as well! As for the drink, the marble is not edible. You use the top to push it into the bottle, and the glass is shaped to hold the marble. It's hard to explain, so here is a YouTube video showing how to open one: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XrbpB-Qr41kJapanimaniacs: Video Games, Toys and SnacksAug 30, 2015View

2573ArticleVaporman87I have to say, I wish I could have been more exposed to the great pop cultural icons of Japan in my youth. Even so, their biggest icon of all has always had a special place in my heart. Of course I'm talking about General Tsao's chicken. No, really... Godzilla. I was thoroughly entranced by anything Godzilla related as a kid. I LOVED the movies, even though they were incredibly cheesy. Any time I caught one of the films on television (usually after I was supposed to be asleep or on Saturday afternoons), I left the channel changer alone and stuck around 'til the end. It's common knowledge here that I still have a fascination with Godzilla. I owe Japan a debt of gratitude for his presence alone.Japanimaniacs: Video Games, Toys and SnacksAug 28, 2015View
2542ArticleVaporman87I have to say, I wasn't aware that films like this had their own genre... Heavy Metal-sploitation. But it certainly fits. This undoubtedly tapped into a lot of frustration and angst being felt by young fans of Heavy Metal, and kids who've been on the receiving end of a bully's wrath. I was one of those kids too. I was probably one of the shortest kids in my school, and an art nerd at that. So I can relate. Somehow, I managed to steer clear of confrontation for the most part. Sure, there was the occasion when my books were knocked out of my hands from behind, or the stupid "Made Ya Flinch!" fake punch that meant you had to receive a raised knuckle pounding to the arm (seriously... for having good reflexes?), but I kept to myself and away from those I knew might cause me trouble. I can see a movie like this helping to cope with all that. Nowadays, there is such an anti-bully movement going on that such things are borderline criminal. Which, I suppose, is a good thing. But it does make one wonder how prepared kids will be when they face that sort of thing in "real life". You need to know how to face confrontation in life, and how to avoid it. Hopefully that is also something happening in today's schools. But I doubt it.Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 1Aug 18, 2015View
