Article | Vaporman87 | Ha! I love the trailer for this one. It's so bad, it HAS to be good. It looks as though it was filmed in somebody's house with a home video camera. LOVE that about it. What really made me laugh though, was the scene with the feet walking down a flight of stairs. That EXACT SAME scene was filmed for one of our home movies back in the day. Same angle and everything. That's hilarious. | Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 2 | Aug 31, 2015 | ![]()
Article | Hoju Koolander | Based on your write-up here I tried watching this one on YouTube last night and it is very early 80's, but also incredibly boring. Just lingering shots of wooden actresses that are supposed to build suspense, but are really just filling time. I guess it's just not my style. I have seen Stunt Rock though and that one is nothing but fun for the whole running time. If you want to see Sorcery on screen, that's the one to look for. | Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 2 | Sep 03, 2015 | ![]()
Article | ozzyrulz777 | I haven't seen Stunt Rock all the way through. I need to rectify that though. | Heavy Metal-Sploitation Part 2 | Sep 03, 2015 | ![]()
Article | Vaporman87 | I remember this, though not nearly as well as Domino's "Noid" campaign. Even so, it was very clever and a nice alternative to Domino's anti-pitchman. | The Pizza Head Show | Aug 31, 2015 | ![]()
Article | Hoju Koolander | Oh, Pizza Head, where have you gone? I had just gotten the best of Mr. Bill VHS tape when these commercials started airing, so I was totally tuned in to Pizza Hut during this period. One of my friends loved the commercials so much that when we were picking code names for our secret club he called himself P.G. Steve, inspired by the Narrator in the Pizza Head house party commercial saying, "Hey, it's Party Guy Steve!" Thanks for taking me back, Pizza head was right up there with Stick Stickly on Nickelodeon for simplistic, yet endearing corporate Spokes-creatures. | The Pizza Head Show | Sep 01, 2015 | ![]()
Video | Mr Magic | Even if the girls truly went bad, they'd break out of prison anyway, 'cause they're the Powerpuff Girls! | The Powerpuff Girls: Crime 101 | Feb 05, 2013 | ![]()
Video | Vaporman87 | This animation style seems to be a passing fad, with the squared off features and such. For a while, it seemed like EVERY new cartoon had this style of animation. From "Clerks" to "Samarai Jack" to "Fairly Odd Parents" and on and on. | The Powerpuff Girls: Crime 101 | Feb 05, 2013 | ![]()
