819 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. I wonder how many parents were aghast at hearing what they THOUGHT they heard. I always thought that Garfield's voice was soooo appropriate for the character. Lorenzo Music did a great job with it. | Oct 04, 2013
2731 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. It is funny to see all the very well thought out costumes going on in the main area where the dance is (in Karate Kid), and compare them to the garbage that the poor extras outside of there were forced to wear. It was as if they took everything that was of decent quality and dressed the extras dancing in those, then they robbed somebody's yard sale for the rest. Then they couldn't even be bothered to put the costumes on them the right way. So funny! | Halloween Costume Hide and Seek in Movies | Sep 30, 2015

1977 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. Maybe, one day, that will be all anyone sees when they visit www.retrojunk.com. Scary. | Remembering RetroJunk | Feb 12, 2015
2420 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. Perhaps. Though I imagine it would only have served to decrease the amount of their adventures... not eliminate them altogether. | The Real Goonies | Jul 24, 2015
864 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. That was funny. "I think I'm going to throw up." I have those Toy Biz figures of Jill and Chris (and some others) still in sealed on the card. Yes, the Palisades figures were superior in sculpt and paint application, but these were the first RE figures widely released here in America. 955 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. That would be another example of a film turning me against dolls and dummies. They get a bad rap from the film industry. And that's if you leave out the horror one feels when seeing the Garbage Pail Kids movie. | The Fear of Toys | Jan 24, 2014
1275 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. That's classic. I can only recall that my best friend's sister was stationed in Germany while she was in the Army, and she taught him how to call someone a "dumb head" and a "sh*t head" in German. I don't know why I remember that to this day. | The Not-So-Great Pumpkin | Sep 18, 2014
2390 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. There is certainly a fair amount of "retro" to be found in this photo. I can clearly see the beads and baseball card in your spokes. And the Micro Machines collection behind you is sweet! Add the painted paneling and yellowish oak dresser and you have a quintessential 80's backdrop. Love the attitude in this photo, as well as the style of dress. It's perfect. | Retro-graphic Evidence: Video Games are Cool! | Jul 13, 2015
1218 | Article | Vaporman87 | LOL. This was part refresher course and part revelation for me. I suppose a great many of us didn't quite realize how much like Screech we really were (though perhaps without the same level of flair). It is true that the show revolved around Zack's exploits, but it didn't start out that way did it? I was thinking initially the creators were going to focus more on the faculty than the students, and then that changed as it was developed. Either way, they all had flaws that played into the plots of the episodes. Yeah, Slater was likely the most levelheaded of the bunch. And he probably ended up being the character that everyone really liked the best (even though they might not admit it). | Dazed By The Bell | Sep 10, 2014 |
