X-Men, Spider-Man and Batman on FOX Kids, then switch over to ABC for Cow-Boys of Moo-Mesa or The Addams Family cartoon, maybe try out an episode of Saved By The Bell: The New Class on NBC, before switching back to FOX for WMAC Masters and getting my wrestling fix from WWF Superstars. If I did go outside it was just a trip to my favorite comic book store, that was the true Saturday destination. They always approach you as if you did something to offend them, when all you were doing was playing a game alone. In my case, the guy brought 5 of his buddies back to intimidate me and I got out of that skating rink in a hurry. Cool older kids who were bored with their possessions were a great source for not only video games, but action figures, comics and more. Though I'm much too aware of my comic book collecting, it love the idea of finding a secret stash I forgot about. As a dedicated fan of all the Robin's in my youth, A Death In The Family is one of my favorites as well and it paved the way for my favorite Robin, Tim Drake. I am actually just reading The Killing Joke for the first time right now and man, is it twisted. I'll be curious to see the animated version, since they did a pretty good job being faithful to The Dark Knight Returns. I used to watch that cartoon all the time, but I never realized the same actor I enjoyed as Cap'n Karl on The Pee-Wee Herman show/Pee-Wee's Playhouse was voicing Mr. Wilson! The error on the Ghostbusters fact threw me for a second, but it did remind me that in an interview with Ernie Hudson, who played Winston in the movies, he said that he auditioned for the role on the cartoon, but the part went to Arsenio instead.
