2095 | Article | vkimo | Not the 80s, but Ward Cleaver was a stand up dad. | Mar 18, 2015
2115 | Article | vkimo | Well we continued to talk and flirt in class, but I was so young and mom was pretty overbearing so I couldn't do much outside of class. "Lilly" used to call me almost every single night, almost to the point of irritation. It got to the point where my folks would answer and say I wasn't there haha guess the ladies couldn't resist yours truly!! | Dirty Dancing | Mar 20, 2015
2152 | Article | vkimo | Treehouses would be great. Monster Squad and Stand by Me come to mind right away. | Retro Rooms Part Deux | Mar 25, 2015
2170 | Article | vkimo | Man, I wish I had some friends to play a game like that with. What I find most amazing is the game had all the pieces! I recently came across a card game from 1981 called "Weather Slam" that I had to have. It was sealed and only cost a few dollars. I brought it back home and cracked it open to play with my wife. The cards looked like some kid was given a crayon and paid in marbles to illustrate the cards. Nice find though, that VHS video is awesome too. | The Dragon Master | Mar 28, 2015
2182 | Article | vkimo | I've literally been reading this article like a novel since it was published this morning. And I'm kind of bummed now that I finished it, could of read more of your stories for weeks. "Picturing our times together through the fog of ages is now like seeing these occurrences through a rain blurred window. Colors fade. Details melt. But what does remain as clear as a Crystal Pepsi is the joy and love we shared." Now that's just great writing. I love the narrative and your detail. The maps made the read so much more engaging. I can't believe you and your buds walked that long of a distance. Hersh seems like such an awesome dog. I'd love to have a canine companion like that. Too bad he didn't leave one of those kids thumbless! Also, kudos to nailing the annoying mom, must have felt good. I wish I had half the gall you did, seems like the Five O knew you by name haha TU #8 I have a feeling this contest just turned into a race for 2nd place.. | The Dog Days of Childhood | Mar 31, 2015
2441 | Article | vkimo | I remember owning SMS but never really getting into it. The worlds and levels seemed empty and lonely to me for some reason. Even though the graphics, controls and mechanics were all there I could never really bond with the game. | Article Classic: Super Mario Sunshine Review | Aug 01, 2015
2642 | Article | vkimo | Wow, thanks for showing the WNUF Special, I will definitely watch that. I go to garage sales regularly and always skip the VHS tapes, but after reading this I will take a second look. | VHS Television Treasure Hunt | Sep 13, 2015
2692 | Article | vkimo | Great article. Terry Bollea might have fallen from grace but Hulkamania is eternal. | Hulkamaniacs | Sep 21, 2015
2968 | Article | vkimo | Wow, I've never seen Revenge of the Nerds but just looked it up. Would have picked a different character had I known that! | Fright Night - A Retro Narrative | Oct 16, 2015
3059 | Article | vkimo | Revenge and World Tour were me and my brothers most played games together. From the blood pressure grapple button tapping to the finishers. | A Look Back at the Nintendo 64 Wrestling Games | Oct 31, 2015 |
