2801 | Article | onipar | Ah man, those old Ben cooper and collegeville costumes! I remember them well. Even though I don't think I used them many times, they were everywhere come fall, and they are a huge part of my memory. | Oct 08, 2015
2800 | Article | Vaporman87 | Hmmm, come to think of it... I don't think I'VE ever eaten a Cow Tail either. | Benjanime's Top Ten Halloween Candies | Oct 08, 2015
2799 | Article | onipar | Wow, great list! I actually like your list mostly because it's so different than what mine would look like (that's the fun in this for me, seeing what others love about Halloween). You know, I don't think I've *ever* eaten a cow tail! | Benjanime's Top Ten Halloween Candies | Oct 08, 2015
2798 | Article | onipar | Wonderful! I loved this. I couldn't agree more, the smells of fall are so important, and they really do help trigger all those familiar feelings we eagerly seek out each year. Happy October! | The Smell of Fall | Oct 08, 2015

2796 | Article | Vaporman87 | Here's something sorely lacking from our seasonal trips down memory lane here... something on the aroma of it all. I too love the smell of Fall. The air is crisp and cool, which makes the smells all the more potent. I love that smell. Typically it's laced with the burning of wood in fireplaces around here, and something about that really strikes a chord with me. I think maybe it's because we often used the fireplace in the family room of my old childhood home, and when we did it was followed by all the festive and fun things about the season. | The Smell of Fall | Oct 07, 2015
2795 | Article | Vaporman87 | I have to admit, 1987, 1988, and 1989 were probably my favorite years ever as a kid. Just such great times. The country was riding high on a great economy... people just saw life with renewed optimism. And there was so much great pop culture madness being created at that time. I would have been 14 years old (those numbers are reversed now :( ) and life was just so full of fun and adventure. I had gone through some difficult things by then (the divorce of my parents being the biggest issue) but I also had new and important family added to my life (my step-brother Bry being the most important - I just call him my brother). Lots of great movies in '88 for sure. Too many great ones to chose from, and then in '89... wow! That year is probably the greatest year ever to be a theater goer. Great times, my friend. | Horror Films From The Best Year EVER! | Oct 07, 2015

2792 | Article | NLogan | Jeez, I'm out of it for a little while, everyone gets delusions of grandeur! Well I can't ride on the Hojuman's coat tails I'll have to come up with something else on my own. | 5 Coolest Retro Skeleton Action Figures | Oct 07, 2015
2791 | Article | NLogan | Peanut butter is my kryptonite, since I am allergic. My favorite Halloween candies would be anything unique received, like last year my boys got gummy brains in a jar. I like Kit Kats, Twix, Hershey bars and Hershey's with almonds, M and Ms (it won't let me use an ampersand?), York Peppermint Patties, and anything gummy but especially gummy Lifesavers. | Benjanime's Top Ten Halloween Candies | Oct 07, 2015 |
