3232ArticleVaporman87I was never a fan of the AoStH series, as it was far cornier than the other Sonic cartoon series. My favorite American produced Sonic program was the Sonic The Hedgehog series with Sally and the Freedom Fighters. That one had Gary Chalk playing Robotnik (he later played Man-At-Arms in the 200X MOTU series). But the best Sonic program produced by any country was the Japanese "Sonic X" show. 1015ArticleVaporman87I was never a Power Rangers fan. I think, mainly, because the whole Japanese invasion (with Pokemon, Power Rangers, etc.) came after I was already off and into college. That being said, I respect the success of this show. Few shows are able to continue capturing the attention of new generations of kids, but this is one of them. The show has cemented it's place among the the greats... He-Man, G.I. Joe, Transformers, etc. Regarding the figures, these just scream mid-90's. Everything about them reminds me of lines like those created by Toy Biz and Trendmasters. I find it hilarious that the company couldn't be bothered to give the female characters female bodies. It looks... weird. lol Thanks for this Miss M!Flipped Out for Power Rangers!Feb 21, 2014View
1717ArticleVaporman87I was never one of those kids that were frightened of Santa... or the Easter Bunny, or any other Holiday legend for that matter. Well, excepting any Halloween related legends that is. The nice thing this year about visiting Santa, was that all three of my kids were happy to do so. That is a first. Usually, at least one of them was either not excited to, or just plain frightened to sit on his lap for pictures. My oldest son actually had difficulty holding back a big smile his year. That was awesome to witness. I love the stories and pictures you have added in this. Hilarious! The Santa DiariesDec 20, 2014View

2353ArticleVaporman87I was probably not as big a "mail-in" nut as you, but I know that I was always ecstatic when something arrived in the mail box that I knew was the result of my efforts to get such items. Typically from cereal boxes, but sometimes from toys and other products. The hardest part was the wait. You would be so excited for something, mail out the necessary documents, and then expect your prize to arrive an hour later. It didn't take long for me to simply forget I had even made the effort at all. Then, like six weeks later, there would be the prize. That excitement would instantly come back, and just make may day.
