3297ArticleVaporman87I, unfortunately, never owned this awesome piece of Marvel history. But I did have many similar activity books prominently featuring other properties. Most of those were either Masters of the Universe or Transformers related. I still own a Masters of the Universe Sticker book, complete with some of the stickers that were meant to fill it's pages. I didn't manage to get many of the stickers though, so most of the spots meant for the stickers are blank. Maybe I should search Ebay for what I need to finish it, eh? Feb 01, 2016View
620ArticleVaporman87I wouldn't say it was "dreadful". A bit campy and unfaithful to the source material... yes. But not "dreadful.New Eyes on He-Man and She-RaMay 08, 2013View
5721ArticleVaporman87I wouldn't mind trying out some of those Pac Dots and washing them down with two ingredient Ecto Cooler. Yum.Nostalgic Munchies 2: Electric BoogalooSep 02, 2023View
1726ArticleVaporman87I would take a "hand me down" 80's over just about any normal decade. So you were lucky. ;)vkimo's Christmas SpecialDec 22, 2014View
361VideoVaporman87I would say that with a revival, they should simply continue the story where Defiance left off - and exclude Jay's character from it. It could be done fairly easily in the storyline.Legacy of Kain: Soul Reaver IntroFeb 18, 2013View

3741ArticleVaporman87I would say that aside from Planes, Trains, and Automobiles, The Breakfast Club is probably the John Hughes film I have watched most. We had it recorded on VHS tape and I would watch it often for years, especially when a cousin or friend was over. It was the ultimate expression of life for the '80s kid. Though I didn't quite fall into any one of the categories of student that were present in The Breakfast Club, I related most with Brian. But I had the artistic side of Allison and had a few jock and slacker friends. I was a bit of an enigma I suppose. Thank you, John HughesFeb 12, 2017View
1040ArticleVaporman87I would say some of my favorite green toys include Moss Man in all his pine tree aromatic glory, Mer-Man (also from MOTU), the Condor motorbike from M.A.S.K., Braun from Transformers G1, my Incredible Hulk big wheel (though it was MOSTLY black, the best parts were green), and my Secret Wars Dr. Doom figure. :)Toys Go Green!Mar 17, 2014View
3041ArticleVaporman87I would say I was equally fascinated and disturbed by Beetlejuice when I saw it in theaters the first time. I had not seen a Tim Burton film up to that point (had anybody?) and so this was a whole different kooky and crazy world filled with odd characters and beautiful but dark set pieces. I loved the movie though. The cartoon and merchandise did not interest me as much. I did catch episodes of the cartoon, but was not "hooked", and I never owned any Beetlejuice merchandise. With rumors swirling around about a sequel these past couple of years, my appreciation for the original has increased. I do hope a sequel eventually makes it to the screen, but could it possibly match the novelty or creativity of the first? Beetlejuice BonanzaOct 28, 2015View
1867ArticleVaporman87I would say I had a pretty extensive collection of all of these items. But, every time I would become bored with any of them, they would be placed in a drawer somewhere and eventually disappear altogether. Even so, I can still feel my hand rubbing a pencil across that molded plastic, and smell the vinyl stickers of the Colorforms. The thing I hated was when the Colorforms had characters in colors that were nowhere near correct (like Rhino in the picture you provided above). Seriously? Was it THAT much more expensive to make him gray? I also attempted to manufacture my own "stencils" for use with the "monster maker" style toys. They never turned out any good though. Still, it was fun to try anyway!Colorforms, Shrinky Dinks, and Monster MakersJan 31, 2015View
