2376ArticlepikachuloverI never had Hit Stix either. I forgot about them for a while until I found an old tape from 1988 with a commercial for them on it. They bought up a lot of ad time. Now I can practically sing the jingle from memory. Then I remembered kids who had them took them to the local mall and played them on things in the mall like the railings and stuff. I wanted a rock tumbler and never got one. I also wanted a sewing machine and a small pottery wheel.  Jul 10, 2015View

2422Articlepikachulover@Hoju You are right. Fun Fact: The Sailor Moon ice cream bar design was recycled a few years later for the Sabrina the Teenage witch ice cream. http://henshingrid.blogspot.com/2010/02/face-ice-cream.htmlSailor Moon VideosJul 25, 2015View
2431ArticlepikachuloverSome of the girls at my junior high would have so many key chains on their backpack the zipper tag fell off from all the weight. Mechanical pencils are great!I prefer those over the wood ones today. Too bad in school all you would seem to attract were lead moochers, or at least I did. Pop-a-point pencils were ok, but once you lost one of the leads the pencil was worthless. I had always wanted one of those pencil cases as a kid, but never got one. When I was a freshman in college I bought myself one it was probably one of the first pieces of college school supplies I bough myself besides my computer. Retro School SuppliesJul 31, 2015View

2552ArticlepikachuloverGeorge Costanza; when the series began he was pretty witty and clever, but he still had his schemes like in the episode "The Stake Out" This is the episode when he invents the alias Art Vandelay. Then think about a later episode in the series like "The Abstinence". Where you would watch it and think "How does this character even live?" Sitcom Characters Who Got StupidAug 21, 2015View
2607ArticlepikachuloverSoda-licoius has to be on my sorely missed nostalgic food list. I loved the sugar coated snacks it made them seem fizzy. The sugar covered cola bottles are ok, but not the same. I really like the Berry Bears and Pudding Rollups. Fruit SnacksSep 04, 2015View
2614ArticlepikachuloverBerry Bears were like the girl counter part to shark bites. They had girly shapes besides the bear family they had Pegasus and birthday cake shapes. They were elusive like the special shark pieces. I think there are some Berry Bears commercials on youtube.Fruit SnacksSep 06, 2015View
2631ArticlepikachuloverI never understood Nirvana's appeal either. After all these years their songs are played non-stop on the radio. A Few Bands From The Past That I Hate And WhySep 10, 2015View
