2878ArticleHoju KoolanderI really enjoyed this story. Such a funny and unexpected twist, but the best part is that you introduced your brother to something he now loves. I love that the Mark of the Thorn is what doomed you to sharing your room for 8 months. Oct 12, 2015View

3909ArticlepikachuloverI really liked California Dreams a lot. I think it was the only show than ran for more than 1 season that I watched on T-NBC regularly. I only remember City Guys because KTLA used to show it to meet e/i requirements. It came on before Pokemon. I would catch the end of it while waiting to watch Pokemon. Hang Time was good, but after they really retooled it for season 2 I stopped watching. I really liked Student Bodies. I liked the cartoon element of it. I liked it because I wanted to be a cartoonist for my school paper back then. I remember there was that clumsy character named Grace. One show people don't really remember was Running the Halls. It only ran on NBC Saturday morning for one season in 1993-1994. Attack of the “Saved by the Bell” ClonesMay 28, 2017View
4729ArticleDalek227I really liked the Santa in Santa Clause The Movie. Even though it was like extremely commercialized (It was practically a McDonald's commercial), I loved the first half hour of it where we learn his origin story. The rest was OK, but I always thought it was odd that Santa didn't bring Joe back with him that FIRST Christmas, I mean..he KNEW Joe was homeless LOLFavorite Movie and TV SantasDec 19, 2018View
5421ArticleBenjanimei really need to get into watching jackie chan adventures again, just as i was in my midway point of high school (around 2004) i kinda lost interest with the kids wb block and seemed to forget that the show was still going on, i forgot the majority of powers there were and i'm glad this article gave a refresher on that. very neat idea for a great early 2000s cartoon. i'm assuming that picture of the trix yogurt was unintentional unless you planned to mention your previous article in this one. either way, greatly written. The Talismans of Shendu: From Worst to BestMay 10, 2021View
2130ArticlemassrealityI really should have mixed it up I didn't realize I played so many racing games at the time! I think a lot of that was due to my dad buying the games. If it didn't involve racing, he didn't buy itMy Favorite PC Games of the 90'sMar 21, 2015View
5720ArticleBenjanimeI recall hearing these same songs a little too much during my time in early grade school, not to say that I didn't like listening to them anymore, I guess they were just a bit too overplayed for my liking. I think one day I'll make my own Disney song listing.Disney 100: 5 of my Favorite Disney SongsAug 10, 2023View
2319ArticleVaporman87I recall this article from RetroJunk. It was nice to have some extra incite into the M.A.S.K. spinoff that I never knew about as a kid. I was a fairly interested fan of M.A.S.K., and had I known this line was associated with it, I would have begged for the toys. I still need to pick up that M.A.S.K. DVD. 1823ArticleVaporman87I recall very little about my kindergarten days. I can picture the room, it's layout, and being outside to eat lunch. But much of anything else is muddled. I do know that I ran into a fellow who was a classmate of mine for many years, including kindergarten, at the fair this past year, and we spoke a couple times for quite a while. My memory of him in kindergarten was that he was the kid with the metal brace on his leg (or legs??? Can't recall now). He wore those braces for quite a while. He seems to walk perfectly normal, so they must have done their job.My First Day of KindergartenJan 23, 2015View
1799ArticleVaporman87I received my helping of Disney Afternoon thanks to my younger brother who enjoyed just about every show in it. By the time it began airing, I was in high school and Disney cartoons (outside of the feature films) were not something I actively sought out to watch. However, my brother did. And what he watched, I inevitably found myself watching along with him. Of the many shows and characters, I think I actually enjoyed Duck Tales the most, followed by Chip 'N Dale's Rescue Rangers. Some of the shows that came later, like Gargoyles, would have probably been my preferred show had I not already been graduated and heading to college. I can also say that my favorite intro song from the Afternoon would be the Gummi Bears intro. "Bouncing here and there and everywhere... high adventure that's beyond compare..."The Disney Afternoon RevisitedJan 16, 2015View
