373VideoarizvegaI LOVE THIS GAME!!... Feb 19, 2013View
374VideoMr MagicMy advice to guys who are new at this game is not to use Lisa as your starting character. Her jump-rope might be useful, but if you let her get tangled up in it, she's gonna be a target for the bad guys. The Simpsons Arcade GameFeb 19, 2013View
2773ArticleVaporman87It may be cliche, but I think it's true. And, I think the generations that came before us were probably justified to feel the same way. Seems that the further back you go, the more innocent and simple times were, the easier it was to enjoy something festive like Halloween. That pumpkin patch sounds amazing! I wish so badly that something like that was here locally. Sure, there are corn mazes and such, but nothing so elaborate as that. There is a farm within an hour drive of here that does similar things... pumpkin painting, hay rides, etc. But not haunted houses or cool things like that. Thanks for sharing with us alibbygirl.Pumpkin Patch MemoriesOct 05, 2015View

2774ArticleVaporman87Oh I wore my fair share of Ben Cooper costumes (and probably some Collegeville ones as well). I don't recall which unfortunately, but I do remember the feel and smell of those vinyl costumes and the uncomfortable feel of those plastic masks. Often my face would be pouring sweat, as those masks made it impossible to vent the condensation from your breathing. Then the rubber band would get caught in your hair and that would get really uncomfortable. I still love them though. The bacteria cesspools that we used for bobbing for apples games was something I never thought about. As a kid, it never even crossed my mind that 50 people had put their faces in there before me. Now, of course, it makes me sick just thinking about it. LOL And yes, the time frames that we do trick or treating at now seem absurd. It is barely dark by the time my kids are done (about 7:00 PM) and that really detracts from the experience. I do make sure to tag alone with my kids these days, even though I was free to roam our neighborhood with no parental supervision in my youth. mainly because their is a major road cutting through the houses, and because it's just more dangerous for kids these days. But we do get in on the act by costuming ourselves. Fun article slayer, thanks! Halloween Night In The 80'sOct 05, 2015View
2776ArticlemassrealityI had a Michelangelo and Batman costume like that. I agree with Vaporman, those masks were hot and very uncomfortable. I also remember how thin the vinyl was. I'm pretty sure I ripped one of my costumes before he end of the night.Halloween Night In The 80'sOct 05, 2015View
2801ArticleoniparAh man, those old Ben cooper and collegeville costumes! I remember them well. Even though I don't think I used them many times, they were everywhere come fall, and they are a huge part of my memory. Halloween Night In The 80'sOct 08, 2015View
377VideoVaporman87I could never seem to get into this game in the same way that I enjoyed Conker, thought they were quite similar. It just didn't capture my attention.Banjo-Kazooie VHS Toys "R" Us PromoFeb 19, 2013View
380VideoBenjanimei think it was rareware's last "good" game. well to me anyway. donkey kong 64 was indeed their longest game, but the majority of that had to do with collecting a bunch of things and playing minigames. i think working in 3D was rareware's weakness when you compare these to their 2D gamesBanjo-Kazooie VHS Toys "R" Us PromoFeb 19, 2013View
