I was 21 and in my third year of college, so these shows are all tied up with my college experience. Memories of watching them in the commons area, or having them playing in the background while we had "hush hush" dorm room parties. I can count on one hand the ones I actually beat, and a couple were only because of the Konami Code. I'd beat Lifeforce a lot, but again, only because of the code. Milk Duds are definitely too hard and sticky, and yet they were such a staple in my treat bag every year that it just wouldn't be Halloween without a couple of those little boxes rattling around. Pixies Sticks are fine for straight-up sugar powder. Not the first thing I'd reach for, but also not something I'd trade away. Almond Joys and York however... those I straight up LOVE! And even if I did, to a certain extent, I feel like extensive home libraries of movies and streaming sort of ruined the whole thing for me. Knowing I can pop in the movies I want to watch whenever I want to watch them, I'm unlikely to try and tune in to live broadcasts.
