3418ArticleVaporman87Casting King Kong Bundy in Married With Children was a stroke of genius on the part of Fox. But the role given to Piper just seems odd. More like something that would have appeared in the live action Tick series. Also... Pudface. Just... Pudface. LOL5 Pro Wrestlers In Prime TimeMar 05, 2016View
3421ArticlemassrealityI loved the WCW episode of Baywatch. Vader, Hogan, Savage, and Flair were all in the episode (and a few others.) I'm also partial to Bret and Owen Hart's appearance in Honey I Shrunk the Kids.5 Pro Wrestlers In Prime TimeMar 06, 2016View
3422ArticlemickyarberOne of my favorites was the Pilot for the Roddy Piper / Jesse Ventura show called Tag Team. It featured Piper and Ventura as wrestlers who stopped a crime, and then decided to go into the detective business. The pilot wasn't bad actually, but it was just never picked up.5 Pro Wrestlers In Prime TimeMar 06, 2016View
3426ArticleHoju KoolanderAll great mentions of additional wrestler appearances on TV. I think there were also quite a few cameos on an 80s wrestling based sitcom called "Learning the Ropes" starring former pro football player, Lyle Alzedo, forgot to mention. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6yeqBYt5aEA5 Pro Wrestlers In Prime TimeMar 07, 2016View
3408ArticleVaporman87My brother and I owned an Atari Jaguar. I can tell you it was easily the worst of the consoles saturating the market at that time. There was the occasional decent game for it, but it just didn't stand a chance. You can't make developing for a console a difficult task. As you mentioned, that alone killed the Jaguar before it could even get off the ground. Encountering The JaguarFeb 29, 2016View
3409ArticleRick Ace Rhodes@Vaporman87 It's a real shame that someone like Atari had to go out so bad. Given their history, I don't think they ever understood how to deal with competition.Encountering The JaguarMar 01, 2016View
3411ArticlemassrealityI remember drooling all over the video game case at Toys R Us when I first saw the Jaguar. It was just so different I couldn't help but want it. Of course, it was crazy expensive and I was just a kid so I didn't get it. That hasn't stopped me from wanting one all these years later. I've read the reviews and I know its a waste of plastic. Still, its just that one Holy Grail from my childhood that I never got. One day, I'll own a Jaguar. I gotta say @Rick Ace Rhodes, you are wrong about Nintendo following suit soon. They have enough money in the bank to run a deficit for over thirty years before running into issues. They are also a company that better managed than either Sega or Atari. 3412ArticleRick Ace Rhodes@massreality True, but I feel like their consoles haven't been up to par for years now. They might have the money, but I honestly get the feeling if they don't get their act together on the consoles their more then likely to drop them and port all their licensed characters else well.Encountering The JaguarMar 01, 2016View
3392ArticleVaporman87Man, China Town sounds like an amazing place. So vibrant, full of culture, and full of things that would have made a young Vaporman87 flip out. My question is... did you ever run across any Mogwai in your visits there? China TownFeb 28, 2016View
