3879ArticlejkatzBorn in 93 here, and I agree-Harry Potter is definitely our generation's Star Wars. The first two movies are my favorite too. Maybe it's because I was at the right age when I first watched them, but to me they have a certain "something" that the later installments just didn't. May 04, 2017View

4283ArticleHoju KoolanderPokemon has always been my cutoff point for retro kid crazes. It just didn't connect for me as a 14 year old. But I do remember about 3-4 years earlier a bunch of kids in my neighborhood getting me into collecting these shiny square Japanese sticker cards with little monsters on them. I can't remember the name, but I always wondered if they were the initial wave of Pokemon imported from Japan. Anybody know what I'm talking about?Pokemania! 3903Articleechidna64Jumpstart is a fantastic series! It was basically Cool Math on a CD-ROM. I had many of them growing up, even Jumpstart Spanish, but my favorite was Jumpstart 3rd grade. Botley was a well-animated protagonist and I still remember a lot from the trivia games. Edutainment Computer Games of the 90sMay 26, 2017View
